The hotel has a great location right in the center of Charleroi, very close to the railway station and with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the bathroom had a bit of a smell issue. The service was friendly and helpful, but some staff seemed uninvolved. The dining experience was good overall, with hot and cold choices, but a bit on the pricey side. The ongoing changes in the area might introduce some noise and blocked streets. However, the hotel offers a friendly atmosphere and is convenient for airport and train station access.
